Canoeing on Neman river in Belarus, 2010

The aim of this journey was canoeing on the Neman river in Belarus. We started near the spring and during two weeks flowed down almost five hundred kilometres. In this period we experienced virgin nature and colourful villages far from the madding crowd. The river is very picturesque with steep and high banks and consists of thousands of meanders. The water was clear without rubbish.
